I was impressed when you sent me a prompt and courteous email the very day after I ordered. I am even more impressed now that I've gotten the stuff you sent within a week. After several weeks (and in some cases more than a month) I still have orders pending with domestic distros with no update or explanation, without even order confirmation in a couple cases...
